Specific Terms and Conditions for Salespeople

Salespeople registering on this site to provide sales services to INFLUNIC LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Salespeople”) are subject to the general Terms and Conditions (please refer to the link here), where applicable, and in addition to the following:

Terms and Conditions

1. Freelancer Relationship: If approved, Salespeople engage in a freelancer relationship with INFLUNIC LLC. INFLUNIC LLC explicitly states that it assumes no responsibility or liability as an employer. The relationship is limited to providing Salespeople with the necessary information to perform their tasks of promoting, obtaining sales leads, and successfully selling INFLUNIC LLC’s products or services.
2. Payment: Salespeople will receive payment after successfully selling an INFLUNIC LLC product or service. Payment will be made upon providing proof of such sale through the tools specified by INFLUNIC LLC. Payment will be processed only after any free trial period provided for the sold product or service has elapsed and if the customer has not withdrawn, cancelled, or refunded the product or service, or any related subscription if applicable.
   • Payment is strictly by commission.
   • Specifics on commission rates will be provided individually, they range between 6% and 9% of the total cost of the product or service.
3. Data Usage: The data provided in the registration form will solely be used to grant access to the relevant INFLUNIC LLC systems required to perform the activities of a freelance salesperson, facilitate payment for the services provided based on the terms expressed in these Terms and Conditions, and for marketing purposes.
4. Marketing Opt-Out: Salespeople have the right to withdraw their consent for the usage of their data for marketing purposes. They can do so by sending an email to info@influnic.com explicitly stating their resolution to be excluded from marketing campaigns.
5. Termination of Freelancer Relationship: Salespeople may request to end the freelancer relationship and have their data erased from INFLUNIC LLC systems at any time by sending an email to info@influnic.com explicitly stating their resolution to terminate the freelancer relationship with INFLUNIC LLC. Salespeople acknowledge that certain data may be retained due to legal obligations mandated by federal or state authorities. Salespeople must request all and every payments due for their services prior or on terminating the relationship with INFLUNIC LLC.
6. W-9 Form Requirement: Salespeople acknowledge that failure to provide a complete W-9 form, including a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), or any other mandatory information, will result in their application being rejected.

By registering as a freelance salesperson for INFLUNIC LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
